Chronelius Infinitium Titanicus the Infinitieth, known more commonly as Time Baby, is the abstract embodiment of time that governs and devours the space-time continuum, maintaining the stability of the infinite multiverse.
History
Time Baby destroying a city.
The Time Baby is the abstract embodiment of time forged in the crucible of reality itself by the celestial chrono-giants, gods of time, a primordial race of creation charged with controlling all time in the infinite multiverse. and weighs approximately nine trillion tons. According to the Northwest Cover-up, Time Baby was frozen in an Antarctic glacier for several thousand years until he was eventually freed in the distant future due to global warming,[5] after which he wreaks havoc on human civilization, ultimately overpowering all opposition and ascending to Multiversal domination.[6]
After Dipper and Mabel Pines compromise Time Anomaly Removal Crew agent Blendin Blandin's mission in Gravity Falls, Oregon in "The Time Traveler's Pig," Time Baby blames the operative for the incident, sends him to remove the anomalies caused by Dipper and Mabel's time traveling, and then sentences him to "ten squared" lifetimes in the Infinetentiary.[4] When Blendin escapes and invokes Globnar against the Pines twins in "Blendin's Game," Time Baby presides over the match and carries out the twins' requests when they win the battle, as well as providing them with a time wish.
War with Bill Cipher
Bill and Time Baby at the start of their battle.
With his nightmare dimension collapsing, Bill Cipher eyes the planet Earth and its dimension as his new home; the planet and dimension Time Baby ruled and guarded with a billion year radius around the planet. Realizing he needed to negotiate with him, Bill tried to initially bargain with Time Baby and promised he would stop giving him night terrors if he could take one little planet (the planet being Earth). After sending out his request telepathically, Time Baby became cranky and issued an alert demanding Bill Cipher's capture.
In the year 9.366 Billon, Time Baby and his army appear in the Nightmare Realm to defeat him. Unbeknownst to them, this was exactly what Bill wanted. Bill and the Time Baby lunged at each other. It was difficult to discern the exact nature of the space-time battle, but many clocks, interdimensional portals, and paradoxes were involved. At one point, someone used nunchucks made from two statues of Abraham Lincoln, and there was an instant when they both transcended reality and shook the very structure that contains the entire multiverse. The resulting brawl destroyed 6 planets (and caused radiation that SETI still picks up as static). Time Baby spit on Bill, used him as a teething ring and almost suffocated him in his cheek fat. Eventually using a squeaky duck toy, Bill was able to distract Time Baby long enough for Xanthar to punch him so hard, that he was blasted out of the Nightmare Realm which is infinite and exists between all universes, with an infinite number of universes in Gravity Falls. and crashed directly into Earth of dimension 46, creating a shock wave that boiled the oceans and made the dinosaurs go extinct.
Time Baby was soon frozen into the ice glaciers where he would remain for thousands of years. The Time Agents, left leaderless and unable to escape, due to their Time Tapes requiring energy Time Baby possessed, were left stranded in their own century and forced to wait until Time Baby thawed out. With him gone, Bill now had control of time.
Time Baby arriving in an attempt to halt Bill's plans.
In "Weirdmageddon Part 1," a now freed Time Baby appears with the Time Police to arrest Bill for possessing Blendin Blandin and to stop his dimensional rift, which threatens to destroy existence itself. However, Bill easily vaporizes him and the Time Police, defeating them for a second time. The cryptogram during the credits reveals that it will take 1,000 years for him to reconstitute his molecules, after which he will be extremely cranky.
In "Weirdmageddon 3: Take Back The Falls," he was mentioned by Bill, who referred to him as "that dumb baby", and due to his death, Bill became the master of time.
Appearance
Time Baby is approximately the size of a small building, has a glowing blue hourglass mark on his head (red when attacking the city) and black eyes. When he is shooting a laser from his eyes, his eyes turn red. His head is bigger than his body, with pink blush on his cheeks and long eyelashes. He is half nude, wearing only a diaper.

Trivia
- According to an interview with Alex Hirsch, the Time Baby is the abstract embodiment of time for the entire Multiverse.
- The symbol on Time Baby's forehead appears on the infinity-sided dice.
- According to Bill, Time Baby is about 2 billion years old and weighs 9 trillion tons.
- Time Baby's defeat at the hands of Bill is the cause of the extinction of the dinosaurs.
- It is stated that Time Baby is "worried about Bill," and, according to Bill himself, Bill wishes to destroy Time Baby, so he is obviously worried about what Bill will do to him.[5]
- It's likely that the end of the world in 3012, which the mailbox was referring to, could be Time Baby's liberation from the Antarctic glacier.[5]
- It is also possible that the scene of him destroying cities in "The Time Traveller’s Pig" is him destroying the world in 1,000 years time.
- After being disintegrated by Bill Cipher, it will take 1,000 years for Time Baby to reconstitute his molecules, after which he will be extremely cranky, which could explain why he destroyed cities.
- Time Baby is easily distracted by jingling keys as stated by Alex Hirsch in the Between the Pines special.[7]
- Also in Between the Pines, Alex Hirsch mentions that Time Baby has no object permanence, just like regular human babies.
- It was stated by Alex Hirsch that "Time Baby and Bill do not like each other, if they saw each other at a party they would be doing that 'awkward circle thing' where they're making eye contact but they're not talking to each other and everybody's like 'Do they know each other? Do they have a history?'" He also said that, "Given the chance, Bill would be a terrible babysitter to Time Baby."[8]
- After his battle against Bill Cipher, he crashed down to earth and killed the dinosaurs.[2]
- Time Baby's voice actor was uncredited until "Weirdmageddon Part 1."
- Along with Alex Hirsch, Time Baby "hosted" the behind the scenes special Between the Pines.
- In Journal 3, it is stated that his giant metal diaper has the ability to control the rotation of the Earth. It also states that Time Baby still says "pasghetti" and "libary", is easily distracted by jingling keys and when he's burped, it's measured on the Richter scale used for earthquakes.
